Terms of sale

The artworks offered on this site are original creations by Pigment Caché. Some are unique pieces, while others may be reproduced. Each original artwork is signed by the artist and comes with its certificate of authenticity.

Prices are shown in euros. Payment is made securely through the payment provider offered on the site, using the options available at the time of ordering.

An order is confirmed once payment has been confirmed. The artwork is then carefully prepared for shipping.

Delivery terms and times are shown when ordering and may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen.

Under the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days after receipt to return the artwork in its original packaging; the refund is made once the condition of the piece has been checked.

Intellectual property

All artworks, photographs, texts and graphic elements on this site are the exclusive property of Pigment Caché. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written permission. Acquiring an artwork does not transfer any reproduction rights.
